Sustainability

We are aware of our responsibility for our employees, the environment, and the future of our planet. Myonex’s Sustainability Strategy includes our existing global activities along with our joining the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI), EcoVadis, UN Global Compact, Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), and Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Myonex is committed to a 2030 carbon neutral target, and we work with many of our pharma clients, big and small on sustainability programs. Part of our vendor qualification sustainability questionnaire ensures our partners care about sustainability as much as we do. In the questionnaire, we align if partners have a sustainability policy and an official rating (e.g. EcoVadis), if they use an environmental management system (ISO14001, EMAS…) and have a formal health and safety management and a code of conduct in place.

As a company, we follow our Sustainable Procurement Policy and Environment Policy to focus on reducing emissions in our supply chain, reducing waste in clinical trials, reducing the needed shipments, and have multiple activities to reduce waste in packaging and labeling processes, including our innovative solution CTRx^®.

Our global activities include recycling, energy saving (heat pumps, LED lights, green energy), reducing consumption (water, plastics, paper), and reducing general waste.
