Horsham-Based Clinical Trial Supply Company In The Region’s Top 5 Best Companies

Horsham, PA, August 22, 2022 – Myonex, a leading global clinical trial supply company, has been ranked among the Top 5 best companies to work for in the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Workplaces for 2022.

This is the 13th year for the Greater Philadelphia Top Workplaces program. This year’s theme is “celebrating the workplaces that went above and beyond during these unusual times.”

Nominations are open to any organization—public, private, non-profit, governmental, or educational—with 50 or more employees in the Delaware Valley. Participants survey their employees using an anonymous online questionnaire developed by Energage, a research company in Exton, to get their feedback on the company’s culture and what matters most to them. The 24-question survey looks at areas like values, employee connection, coaching and leadership, as well as basic issues like pay, benefits, and training. Organizations must achieve the required response rate to be considered for the Top Workplace award.

Results are scored against results from similar-sized companies and the companies with the highest overall average scores in each size group qualify as Top Workplaces.

“At Myonex we strive to build and maintain a culture that supports teamwork, growth, and transparency. Our people understand that we play a key role in helping companies deliver tomorrow’s medications and cures. We work hard and trust each other, and we are known in the industry for our positive ‘can-do’ attitude,” said James Lovett, Chief Executive Officer at Myonex. “Because it’s based on employee feedback, the Top Workplaces recognition confirms that we are walking the walk.”

Myonex has grown significantly in the last months and, as of today, has a total of 147 employees around the world, the majority of whom are based at the company’s new 65,000-sq.-ft. headquarters on a 14-acre campus in Horsham. It houses a 45,000 sq. state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution center, plus 20,000 square feet of office space with features like adjustable ergonomic desks, showers, a wellness room, and other amenities for employees such as a coffee bar and a snack bar. It incorporates low-emitting materials and LED lighting with motion sensors to reduce the environmental footprint.
