Myonex Awarded as “Top Workplace in the Philadelphia Region” for The Second Year in a Row

Horsham, PA – 03/31/23

Offering a “Top Workplace” is more than having great benefits and vacation time to make team members happy. It helps Myonex to attract top talent and ensures a culture that makes a difference in a growing industry. Success in business comes from hard work and a workforce that feels appreciated and valued; it’s about putting employees first.

Winners of the “Top Workplace” are selected by an anonymous survey conducted by research company Energage. The 24-question survey looks at areas such as values, employee connection, coaching and leadership, as well as things like pay, benefits, and training. Only companies with a high response rate can win. Results are scored against similar-sized companies, and companies with the highest overall average scores in each size group qualify as Top Workplaces.

“Being awarded for the second year in a row reflects how much our team members like working with each other,” says James Lovett, CEO of Horsham-based Myonex, LLC. “To make a difference in the life of patients by offering first-class services to our clinical trial clients starts with making a difference within your own company.”

For more than 30 years, Myonex has built a comprehensive suite of sourcing and supply services combined with a global depot network to address the challenges for clinical trials worldwide. Myonex ensures that sponsors can run successful clinical trials that ultimately provide innovative treatments to cure diseases.

“We are very happy about this second award in a row, based on the actual feedback from our employees. It confirms that our employees feel appreciated and valued.”, says Maryanne Walsh, Chief Human Resources Office at Myonex. “We´ll continue our Myonex Way of working and maintain a culture that supports teamwork, growth, and transparency, empowering everyone working here to make a difference every day.”
